Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register or play on BharatAdda.
• You must be a legal resident of India.
• This platform is not available in states where online real-money gaming is restricted or prohibited by law, including but not limited to: Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure online gaming is legal in your state before participating.
• BharatAdda reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time.
• Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility rules will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

2. Real Money Gaming — Important Notice

• All bets placed are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• Winnings are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on game results.
• Color Prediction: All colors pay 2.8x of bet amount (after 2% platform fee). You may lose your entire bet.
• Cricket Contest: Winners receive 1.8x of their bet amount. Losers forfeit their entire bet.
• BharatAdda does not provide loans or credit for gaming. Never borrow money to play.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: As specified in the app settings.
• All deposits are made via UPI. A valid UTR / Transaction ID must be submitted.
• Deposits are non-refundable once used for placing bets.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours after manual verification.
• Platform service charges apply on withdrawals as displayed in the app.
• BharatAdda reserves the right to hold or reject transactions suspected of fraud or money laundering.
• Welcome/signup bonus amounts may have specific withdrawal restrictions.
• Winnings are subject to applicable Indian tax laws. TDS of 30% applies on net winnings above Rs.10,000 as per Section 115BBJ of the Income Tax Act.

4. Account Rules

• Each user is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform will result in immediate account termination and may lead to criminal prosecution.
• BharatAdda reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• In case of account suspension due to violation, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or referral programs.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any part of the platform.
• Chargebacks or disputes of payments made to BharatAdda.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person.

6. Referral Program

• You earn 1% commission on every color prediction bet made by your Level 1 referrals.
• You earn 0.5% commission on bets made by Level 2 referrals.
• Commission is credited to your bonus balance.
• Referral commissions from fraudulent accounts or self-referrals will be reversed.
• BharatAdda reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BharatAdda shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from use of the platform.
• Technical issues, server downtime, connectivity failures, or errors.
• Loss of data or account access due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Decisions made by users based on information on the platform.
• Third-party actions, hacks, or unauthorized access not caused by our negligence.

8. Responsible Gaming

• BharatAdda is committed to promoting responsible gaming.
• If gaming is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health — stop immediately and seek help.
• You can request account self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team.
• Do not chase losses. Do not borrow money to play.
• Set personal limits on how much you spend on gaming.

9. Changes to Terms

BharatAdda reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
